Trek'n Eat's Swiss milk muesli is an authentic freeze-dried breakfast, following the traditional Swiss recipe with apples adding a fruity note and hazelnuts for a crunchy texture. Perfect for bivouacs, this muesli offers an energy intake of nearly 555 Kca l, ideal for gourmands and adventurers. Easy to transport and prepare, it rehydrates with hot or cold water, and can also be eaten as a snack between meals.

Preparation:

To prepare it, pour cold or hot water up to the 4.5 cm mark on the scale (150 ml) directly into the sachet and mix well. The bag is equipped with an external water line, a zip closure and an opening notch in the middle of the bag, making consumption easier. 

Nutritional values ​​per 100 g:

384 Kcal (1606 kJ), 10.9 g of lipids including 2.3 g of saturated fatty acids, 56.4 g of carbohydrates including 22.1 g of sugars, 8.3 g of dietary fiber, 10.4 g of proteins and 0.1 g of salt.
