4.1. Rovermates uses session cookies so that the User does not have to identify him/herself each time he/she accesses the Service during the same day, except for the first access. The personal data of a customer is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and 5 years thereafter. Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the date of our last exchange.
Cookies are kept for 13 months from their installation on your browser for advertising cookies, and for the duration of your session on our site for technical cookies. At the end of these periods, your personal data will either be deleted or anonymized and used for historical, research and statistical purposes.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data he would like Rovermates to correct, update or delete, identifying himself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
